Our Story

We founded BAC Agency Sweden after experiencing the challenges of moving to Sweden ourselves — navigating bureaucracy, decoding local systems, and searching endlessly for trustworthy information.

Other expats kept asking us for help, and we realized these struggles were universal.
So we turned our own journey and knowledge into clear guides and one-on-one support, making relocation easier and more enjoyable for others.

OUR TEAM

The Passion Behind the Business

We met several years ago while working together in a marketing department and we often discussed pecularities of life in Stockholm as an expat and shared useful tips with one another. Even when we left the company, we stayed in touch as friends. During maternity leave in 2023 Anastasia got the idea of BAC Agency, it was a natural step to ask Julia to be a co-founder as her expat experience covered other aspects around relocation to the country. Embarking on this entrepreneurial journey together, we knew that our combined strengths and shared experiences are a powerful formula for success.

Got a scholarship to do her Masters Degree at Malmö University and worked in Digital Marketing since graduating
Degree in Urban Studies with a primary focus on real estate properties
Multilingual with Global Experiences: Speaking four languages and having lived in various countries, Anastasia has firsthand experience of the expat journey which enriches our guides with practical insights and useful tips
