How do we work with your requests?

It might seem like when you book a one-hour consultation with us, you're paying for just that one hour. But we'd love to give you a little behind-the-scenes look at what actually happens.

Once you book a consultation, we get in touch to understand your specific situation and needs (unless we've already had a discovery call). We usually ask you to send us 2-5 questions or topics you'd like help with, especially areas where you're feeling uncertain or would like a deeper understanding.

That's when our preparation begins.

Because every client and every situation is unique, we don't believe in one-size-fits-all advice. We take the time to research your questions, review relevant Swedish regulations and resources, gather statistics, and discuss your case among the two of us to make sure we're presenting the most relevant information and solutions for you.

Based on this, we prepare materials for our meeting, whether that's a presentation, written notes, or both. Only then do we move on to the consultation itself. And as often happens, new questions come up during our conversation, and we're happy to address those as well.

After our meeting, you'll receive a follow-up email with a summary of what we discussed and, when relevant, the slide deck we shared.

We're also here after the consultation. If you have follow-up questions or need additional support, we'll stay in touch and guide you in the right direction.

So, when you book a consultation with us, you're not just paying for an hour of conversation. You're paying for the expertise, research, preparation, and care that go into making that hour as valuable and tailored to you as possible.
