Cancellation Policy
1. The Consultations 1.1. A description of the Consultation together with the dates on which it is available are on our Website. We will provide the Consultation with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the description set out on the Website. 1.2. We expect you to confirm that the Consultation you are purchasing will meet your needs. We do not make any guarantee to you that you will obtain a particular result, professional qualification or employment opportunity from your purchase and completion of any of the Consultations. 1.3. The Consultation will be performed using the third-party platform Google Meet (meet.google.com). The Client, not the Company, is responsible for securing their access to the platform prior to the Consultation. 1.4. Prior to a Consultation the Client is required to provide all necessary information in written for conducting the Consultation at least 24 hours in advance. It ensures that the information is adequately taken into account for preparation and contributes to the high quality of service. 2. Liability 2.1. No part of the provision of the Consultation shall be deemed to be, nor is it intended to be, nor should it be taken to be, the provision of investment advice or legal advice. 2.2. Although the Company aims to provide the Consultations to the highest standards of the industry, neither it, nor its consultants accept any liability for (i) any inaccuracy or misleading information provided during the Consultation and any reliance by Client on any such information, (ii) any loss or corruption of data, (iii) any loss of profit, revenue or goodwill, or (iv) any indirect, special or consequential loss arising from any breach of the terms of this policy. 3. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds 3.1. To cancel or reschedule, the Client is obliged to inform the Company by e-mail or phone 24 hours in advance. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is defined as a situation when the Client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, the full amount will be charged. 3.2. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, the Consultation may be rescheduled, but such incidents will be handled from case to case. 3.3. Purchased Consultations are non-refundable. 4. Confidentiality All information, obtained during the Consultation from the Client is seen as confidential and the Company grants not to share it with any third party.
